A NEW BOOK BY MARK TWAIN.--The American Publishing Company, of Hartford, has in hand manuscript for a new book by Mark Twain. It is a lively account of travel and a stirring recital of adventures in the Far West. He was miner and reporter, and had some experiences, which, though sober reality, will tax credulity.
